It's the best of what summer has to offer: ripe, juicy tomatoes; fragrant dill; crunchy cucumber; and freshly baked bread from the farmer's market.
Bring it all together with a little yogurt and good quality olive oil and you have a gorgeous and delicious late-summer appetizer.
When I made this for a group of friends I was visibly angry when it was gone — it was so good I wanted to keep eating it forever. I've put a reminder in my calendar to make this in the summer of 2018 as well, and I can't wait!!
